Shift Supervisor (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities
- You will assist the production manager in optimizing and further developing production processes
- You will help organize and coordinate daily production processes and provide support as needed in day-to-day operations
- They ensure component quality and on-time order fulfillment
- You will assume secondary responsibility for production and support the implementation of decisions relevant to the company
- You will help lead the production team and motivate and support new employees as they get up to speed
- You are planning to procure materials and supplies
- Together with the team, you will be responsible for machine management, including maintenance and repair work, following an intensive training period
- They ensure compliance with occupational safety, environmental, and quality standards
Your Profile
- Completed technical or trade vocational training
- General understanding of technical processes and solution-oriented thinking
- Ideally, some initial leadership experience or experience coordinating teams
- A clear and transparent communication style, including when interacting with customers
- Ability to motivate employees and support their development
- Ability to work well with others, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
