Your payment methods at Rapidobject
You have several payment options available for your orders placed via email and through our online 3D printing service.
We use state-of-the-art technology to encrypt your data. To ensure the security of your data during transmission, we employ appropriate encryption methods, such as SSL encryption via HTTPS.
PayPal
During the checkout process, simply select PayPal as your payment method. At the end of the checkout process, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal to complete your payment. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in with your credentials and complete the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can check out as a guest or create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
As soon as we confirm receipt of your payment (usually within a few minutes), your order will be processed immediately. You will receive an invoice for your purchase from Rapidobject via email.
Credit card
You can also pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Your credit card information is transmitted securely using SSL encryption. You will receive an invoice for your purchase from Rapidobject via email. Rapidobject uses a certified payment solution and thus complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
Purchase on account
Clients can also request activation of the “Payment on Invoice” feature in their customer account. If Rapidobject has activated this feature and the client uses it, payment is due only upon receipt of the invoice along with the printed product. Rapidobject may revoke the activation of the “Payment on Invoice” feature at any time with future effect.
When paying by invoice, payment is generally due within 14 days of the service date. If you require longer payment terms for operational reasons, please contact us directly.
When making the transfer, please be sure to include the specified transaction number in the payment description; this is the only way we can correctly identify your payment.

Prepayment
If you pay in advance, Rapidobject will not begin work on your order until payment has been received; for all other payment methods, production will begin immediately. When making a bank transfer, please be sure to include your reference number in the payment description and to make separate transfers for each order.
Depending on the bank, it may take one to three business days for your payment to reach us.
